This notice explains how Wakey Car Buyers uses the details you provide when asking for a vehicle valuation.

What we collect and why

We collect your registration, vehicle details, mileage, optional condition notes, name, telephone number, email address and postcode. We use them to review the vehicle and contact you about the valuation you requested. We do not use this request to sign you up for marketing.

Lawful basis

We use the information to take steps you requested before any vehicle purchase agreement, including preparing and responding to your valuation enquiry.

Storage and access

Your enquiry is stored in a private Netlify Blobs store in the EU (Frankfurt). Netlify encrypts Blobs in transit and at rest. The public website has no endpoint for reading enquiries; access is limited to Wakey Car Buyers through the Netlify project dashboard and authenticated tools.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information only as long as needed to respond and handle any resulting transaction, and for any longer period required by law. We review and delete information when it is no longer needed.

Your choices and rights

You can ask Wakey Car Buyers to provide a copy of your information, correct it, or delete it where applicable. To make a request, contact us using the details provided in a response to your valuation enquiry.
